Redwood Jam’s Privacy Policy

  • Redwood Jam does not use cookies or track behavior. (At least one other company, our host, Squarespace, does have tracking throughout this website.)

  • Redwood Jam doesn’t watch your behavior while you navigate the site.

  • Redwood Jam will try to be respectful of you and the information you share in any form.

Redwood Jam does collect, store, and use information you submit in forms or through messages. Regarding the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, Redwood Jam does not knowing collect or store any information about children under 13 years old.

The information you provide is used to help do business with you better. It is not sold or shared. You can ask to have your data deleted, and we will, except for what is required to keep, such as receipts, invoices, or contracts.

Unfortunately, you are being tracked on this site (not by us) by at least our website provider, Squarespace, and who knows what else.

The secrecy of online tracking and because it is a relatively new, emerging thing, make it difficult to get educated on what tracking is, how it works, what companies use it for currently, and what they might use it for in the future.

It is more important than ever for people to be respectful and considerate of one another.

Redwood Jam does not use cookies, because we think it shows you respect.

(Besides, we’re more interested in jam than cookies).
